ICCES MM 2009
Aug 31- Sep 2, 2009,
Bistra Castle, Ljubljana, Slovenia
The ICCES Special Conference on “Meshless & Other Novel Computational Methods”, ICCES MM'09, will be held during Aug 31- Sep 2, 2009, in Bistra Castle, Ljubljana, Slovenia. The conference will be hosted by the University of Nova Gorica, Slovenia.
Meshless methods belong to one of the most progressively developed aspects of modern Computational Mechanics, which is increasingly being used in many fields of engineering and sciences. Each day, the number of new results in this field is growing significantly, and therefore there is a natural need to discuss the current results and further developments. The First ICCES Special Symposium on Meshless Methods was held successfully in Stara Lesna, Slovakia, Jun 8-10, 2005, the Second in Dubrovnik, Croatia, June 14-16, 2006, the Third in Patras, Greece, June 15-17, 2007 and the fourth in Suzhou, China, October 13-17, 2008. The Fifth Symposium will continue in the same spirit.
Please submit your abstract to the ICCES MM09 conference, at: http://submission.techscience.com/icml as soon as possible, BUT BEFORE 31 July, 2009.
A mini-symposium "RBF methods and their applications” is organised by T. Tran-Cong and N. Mai-Duy at ICCES MM'09. You can choose this theme when you submit your paper, if you participate in this mini-symposium.
ICCES MM'09 promises to be a premier scholarly conference, in the spectacular ambience of the Bistra Castle in Ljubljana, Slovenia. A rich collection of the Technical Musem of Slovenia is on display in the castle.
